-          Responsible for providing all levels of desktop support for end users; troubleshoot and repair various hardware issues on several Windows machines; fix software issues; provide VoIP support by assisting with dial plan to create E911; configure Cisco Call Manager Express to create Name, Description, and Label fields for Cisco IP phones; configure Unity Express, setting up users’ voice mail; service printers; map machines to printers; perform inventory control/asset management; assist users with Microsoft Office, Outlook email configuration, and printers; document the network infrastructure; configure wireless access point and security settings to enable users to connect and use WiFi securely; replaced failed components; installed software on user machines; helped SharePoint programmer debug web page; HIPAA certified; investigated and closed two Line of Duty (LOD) Injury investigations; managed the activation of a new Army Reserve Center in Cape Coral, FL; activated/stood up the 451st Quartermaster Company.
